|Recommended: YesSmall but mighty — My furnished studio at Greenway Studio was meant to be very temporary. I am moving out next month after 3 years. Overall I find the property quiet considering the number of students. The security gates are a little heavy when they shut but it's right outside my door. Management has always been helpful. The building was new when I moved so I haven't needed anything fixed but they're quick to answer your questions by email. If I had not outgrown the space, I might stick around.

|Recommended: YesA tad expensive, but worth it. — Everyone here tends to keep to themselves, which I enjoy. The community is very secure and a 10 minute walk to OTC makes the price more than worth it, as well as the in-unit washer and dryer.

|Recommended: YesVery Enjoyable Stay — This apartment complex is very nice and clean. The furnished apartments have a good set-up and all of the furnishings were ideal. It even came with a coffee maker That's pretty awesome. This place has a super nice modern looking design and the gated feature makes you feel safe. Meg, the grounds manager is super sweet and nice and won't hesitate to help you in any situation. I never once felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously or that I was a burden any time I called. Will definitely miss this place when I move out.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — The apartments are very modern and I loved living here. I've had no bug problems, maintenance always fixed anything I needed, and it was an overall great place to live. The only negative feedback I have is there is no dishwasher, I can hear my upstairs neighbors a little too well, and the train that goes by occasionally is super loud and annoying. But other than that I had no problems with living here.

|Recommended: YesWonderful place to live — This apartment is perfect for a college student. It is so close to Drury, OTC, and MSU. It is reasonably priced and is furnished with everything you would need. I never hear noise from my neighbors and haven't had any issues. The furnished apartment is so nice and comes with everything you would need. The management makes sure the complex is well kept and are always helpful. I have had a wonderful experience here and have recommended it to friends.

The location is is ideal for people going to school are that want to be close to downtown. Would very much recommend Greenway Studios with the value they provide.
