|Recommended: YesComfortable studios — The studio is comfortable with proper design. It is very clean and the parking is plenty which I actually wanted. The maintenance and the response is prompt. Overall, the complex is well maintained and cozy.

|Recommended: YesGreat place — Very clean and friendly staff. Very little noise from neighbors. Right next to a huge park. Fully furbished is nice. Have never had an issue with parking. The only thing I can complain about is the railroad tracks are close but I work night shifts and sleep all day. They can be a little loud.

Security is a must gates coming in and out of the apartment complex need to be checked daily to make sure they are working as intended.
|Recommended: YesThis property is a hidden gem — I really like this apartment. It is very nice on the inside and out. You can't beat the price and the aminities that come with the studio. Ashley was very nice and helpful.
|Recommended: YesI have lived here for only a few weeks, but so far I am loving it — I have lived here for a short period and the management has been great so far. My first weekend here my screen had a huge whole in it due to a hail storm. I reported the issue and within a week it was fixed. I am not a student and was worried there may be a lot of noise, honestly there isn't and I was surprised. My studio is so cute and cozy. Love it

|Recommended: YesMet all our needs, great value — Overall we had a great experience at Greenway Studio, Mike the property manager was upbeat, friendly, and addressed any concerns we had in a timely manner. We opted to bring in our own linens, dishes, cookware, kitchen appliances. Upon move in Mike removed all the property items we stated we didn't need, we took pictures and documented everything and Mike fixed the smoke detector quickly and efficiently he also had maintenance repair the closet door. Thank you Mike for a great experience overall here at Greenway Studios
